As someone who's been watching the show since

As someone who's been watching the show since it's release back in 2015. I am massively disappointed, and quite frankly frustrated. Don't get me wrong, the animation was amazing. But that's not what matters for Miraculous. Miraculous is about its story, character development, themes and morals. This film THREW ALL THAT OUT THE WINDOW, just to make a "romantic musical"! The story, lazy, pacing, rushed mess, and for true og fans a very confusing mess. My biggest issue, they changed Adrien's entire personality, in the show he's a confident, charismatic, funny and loving person who had to hide himself behind a shy, timid and obedient persona for years to uphold his family name. In the film he's over the top A-HOLE who didn't respect Ladybug and treated her as if she were beneath him, until he fell in love with her. Even then he was disrespectful when Ladybug didn't reciprocate feelings for him. It really gave "boy's will be boys" energy. This film is a joke to the series to be honest.
