Plot summary

A woman is sent to a mental institution after stabbing her classmate in an attempt to conjure an evil spirit called, Mercy Black. Fifteen years later she's released, and must save her nephew, who has become obsessed with the phenomenon.

A woman is released from a psychiatric hospital 15 years after murdering a classmate in a ritual offered to a ghost known as Mercy Black (the audience will find similarities with the Slender Man). The tragedy becomes a viral urban legend and her nephew is among the ones who are obsessed with this myth. The woman is forced to confront her dark past one last time in a race against time to save the child from sacrificing another life. Is this entity an imaginary ghost created by her disturbed mind or is it actually real?

As a lifelong fan of good horror movies

As a lifelong fan of good horror movies and a person interested in true crime cases, I can say this movie is infamous, wrong in so many ways and utterly disrespectful. The writer is as grotesque as his own character Will. Most of all, is a very bad horror movie.
