Boring, not an ounce of chemistry between them. Not funny, not nomantic, not... anything, really. Very disappointing. Flat, bad acting.

Just to add: the movie wants you to believe she found true love, but not all audiences found that believable, leading to some of the bad reviews and criticisms.

I think the secret to understanding this film is right in the title: Materialists. By the end, it's not really clear if anyone found "true love." Thought the movie was ok and the IMDB 6/10 reviews are pretty accurate.

I don't know man, I was left disappointed. Like it felt flat. Expected more, rate 4/10

Yeah, terrible film. Boring. NO comedy and very little romance. It is a slow drama with bad writing, terrible acting and confusing cinematography. It's a mess.

This is definately the worst letdown of this 2025. The movie is slow, boring, predictable, uninteresting, cliché and every other adjective you can think of. I can't believe how people are giving it more than 2 stars.

fantastic four first step

cannot down load

is she trying to be woody allen?

I was in cinema on this. I want my many back :P

This is a good love story movie with strong performances from both the actress and actor. I would rate it 7 out of 10.

this was one of the most boring films i've ever seen

It's bad, real bad.

i see dakota johnson & i say HARD PASS!

Enjoyable with the exception of Pedro (yawn !)

Been waiting on this movie to be uploaded. Thanks FREEMAN

Great acting, boring script.

no comedy at all

He can simp any cause he wants to for sympathy & parts, but he's still just a one note actor, with an extremely limited range. All his characters have the same monotoned energy, & feel like they fall short of his intended performances.

@TheMightyFeortan He sure does, and I'm here for it. Like a hug from baby Jesus!
