At least that is how it should work, yes. And no pun intended obviously. I also never thought while watching this, that it was a "pure" documentary. It felt that certain things were staged - and in the end credits it even says so.

Maybe they won some prizes and maybe they had to give some (all?) of them back. If they competed in a documentary setting - it I guess can be considered false advertising. Something that some might say about the workers they encounter. Actually there is one person who gives our Uschi some backlash, about how he thinks he is treating the girls and how she is exploiting their situation.

The movie (half documentary) leaves the judgement up to you.
