Plot summary

As Christina prepares her restaurant for its busiest time of year, she gets back a DNA test revealing that she’s Jewish. The discovery leads her to a new family and an unlikely romance over eight nights.

Enjoyed this movie immensely. It presented what it had to present, how Hanukkah is celebrated, very well. A different religion, a romance, the discovery of new family, and how all of this was wonderfully combined into a dual holiday celebration, is a lesson for our times. Yes, I highly recommend it. Exterior shots are Pittsburgh.

Sorry but Pittsburgh is in so many movies and never gets credit. The skating rink with the Christmas tree is ppg place and the exterior of Christina's restaurant is a Condados tacos. Start giving Pittsburgh proper billing for our appearances in movies!The movie is cute and, like Christina's lasagna, predictable.
