Plot summary
When a young woman who wants to prevent the extinction of wild lions, decides to create a false identity to portray herself as a "big game photographer" and rather seamlessly infiltrates the male dominated world of trophy hunters in Africa, she inadvertently puts herself at tremendous personal risk.

Pro hunting excuses for slaughtering mega fauna
A very good documentary that shines a light on the cruel practices of killing for sport
Trophy hunters pay big money to kill animals all over the world. Over 126,000 wildlife trophies per year on average. We are in the midst of a 6th mass extinction. Wildlife numbers are plummeting everywhere, with grave risks to the biosphere. The UN warns that we need to start rewilding an area the size of China to restore the natural environment. And yet wild animals are still being hunted all over the world. That makes no sense. High time to take a closer look at these practices.
Hunting for food in the western world is unnecessary and hunting for animal body parts to display is an abomination which is the cause of much animal suffering. It is cruel abuse of sentient creatures. It is of course big business bringing in mega bucks, and it is not true the money gets to rural poor. It goes into the pockets of corrupt officials and safari organisations.
Hunters try to persuade us they are conservationists, nothing is further from the truth. They are freaks who simply enjoy killing.
