Plot summary

An American girl on vacation in Italy finds an unanswered "letter to Juliet" -- one of thousands of missives left at the fictional lover's Verona courtyard, which are typically answered by the "secretaries of Juliet" -- and she goes on a quest to find the lovers referenced in the letter.

So predictable but saved by a charming lead in Amanda Seyfried. A truly ‘schmultzy’ love story of two age groups, but with a light touch. I really enjoyed it.

Wonderful, funny and beautiful movie. Love stories never get old for me. This one was well done and Italy is so beautiful. I would watch it again.

Oh my goodness! I came here to voice

Oh my goodness! I came here to voice my frustration. I'm not sure if it was the direction but the story just didn't flow. The diolauge was so flat and painfully predictable. Strange facial expressions that were hard to read and terrible chemistry between all love interests made me grateful for the abrupt ending.
