This film is alright. It essentially covers all of the bases criticizing revolutions and the sad truth to the end results (the only ones who win are the wealthy who push it, while the poor are the ones who die for it) that DUCK, YOU SUCKER! did in a better way. Still, you can see Dario Argento's trademarks throughout (the waist level steady cam tracking shot; the infatuation with staircases and architecture), so I would at least check this out once.
