Really sad that the current youth cultures don't really 'get' the genuine techno/house/trance era, but get misguided into record companies duping them into buying cheesey guff, and at best, when you attend a recent 'dance' event, it just seems to be kids, whacked out of their heads (fair enough) attempting to0 relive other people's experiences rather than genuinely opening up. To do that they need create their OWN movement. But they won't. Genre addicts. Immersed in captivity. I caught Laurent at a Pure vent in Glasgow mid 90s. and WOW! What a night! May have been same night Plastikman played too! (and david Holmes I think?)
