Four people traveling in a van run over a lone woman while she is walking in the dark down a country road. After loading her into the vehicle to take her to the nearest hospital, they notice that she is behaving rather strangely. The occupants of the van soon realise that the time has come to fight for their lives, and together they agree on one very simple rule: "do not sit next to her."
Meh. It was OKAY. It's definitely no "From Dusk Till Dawn" but the special effects are pretty good. I mean, the story overall is pretty lame and unoriginal. You've definitely seen it before. Road trip horror .. "Dead End" .. all that blah blah blah. But I will admit, it had its moments. The zombies are OKAY in the way that they were delivered, but nothing scary. In fact, some of it was rather comedic and full of cheese. But there were some jump scares, and it was pretty atmospheric in some parts .. leading you to a good jump or two. But other than that, it was like the first half hour of "Splinter" on acid. I'd suggest "The Pack" from 2010 .. also known as "La Muete". Never before have I been so impressed with a movie from such genre. Sadly, it has not been uploaded over yet. FREEMAN? However, it was the best movie I've seen - even if it were independent. It was really really good in my honest opinion. This one. Well. Meh. It is what it is. So just kinda' expect what you get. Hope this helps.
