Plot summary

Raquel has been the live-in housekeeper for a kind, reasonably wealthy family for half her life, and the joyless repetition of the job has begun to take its toll. Increasingly dependent on painkillers, Raquel resorts to pranks and childish avoidance to antagonize the family’s college-age daughter and a procession of new servants, all in the hopes of protecting her precarious power within the home. Her antics successfully push everyone away, until new maid Lucy actually pushes back.

Really good movie for Spanish beginners. They speak clearly enough to follow and what you cant follow the acting is solid enough youll understand. And the way it started... bro. I thought it was gonna be a single white female type flick. Lol

I laughed, I cried, I rooted for Alex

I laughed, I cried, I rooted for Alex and I yelled at Alex. Please hang in through all the episodes and when you start to "judge" - what you'd do or what she "should have done", consider traumatized people don't often operate off logic and trauma from her childhood, which we weren't privy to all of them- cannot be judged by us- only respected.
