Plot summary

A brilliant interpretation of perspective while telling a

A brilliant interpretation of perspective while telling a story with many twists and turns. For me it remained a mystery for half the movie, which is basically all the way til they start to show the key details. This made it challenging in the first half, as you keep feeling dissonance like "someone wouldn't do that" until you finally understand their perspective. But it also makes it deeply rewarding when you finally catch up. The role of Sofia was compellingly played.

The strong point of the film is avoiding extremism to attract the audience in the manner of cinematic techniques that are seen in most films in this genre. Excellent twisty film. The story folds back on

Excellent twisty film. The story folds back on itself like a mobius strip. But it doesn't come off as gimmicky, thanks to strong performances and directing. There might be a couple of plot holes, but I was so engrossed in figuring out what was going on, I didn't notice them. The conclusion wraps things up nicely. After watching, I realized that it was the journey as much as the destination that intrigued me. This film is the same ball park as Hitchcock / Polanski, and that's high praise. The subtitles are well-synced and easy to read.
