Plot summary

A shy and insecure delivery driver arrives on the scene of a robbery-gone-wrong and picks up two bags of cash and hides them in his truck. He is interrogated by two tough police detectives and manages to evade suspicion but he is warned that whoever owns the money will be looking for it. Only the help of a prostitute and a former biker recently released from jail might get him out of trouble.

Filme tão cheio de camadas sobrepostas que é difícil analisar, a começar pelo título... Uma reunião improvável, um nerd, um acompanhante de luxo, um ex-presidiário e o magnata banqueiro... Uma trama muito inteligente, uma aula sobre os paraísos fiscais... Belo intrigante, constante e apaixonante, tudo magistralmente arquitetado, e criativamente produzido... E tortura com os braços para trás foi uma das mais aflitivas que já assisti, apesar de não ter mostrado muito... Perfeito...

This movie would’ve been great as a book

This movie would’ve been great as a book. It didn’t use cinematography to it’s advantage. Monotone pace, boring camera shots and robot cast don’t do the scenario justice.

If you liked Jesus of Montreal, you'll like this effort. A very similar setup—an eccentric young man trying to adhere to the anti-materialist tenets of the philosophers he studies ends up, through an accidental event, forming a circle around him that includes thieves, the homeless and even a prostitute who becomes friend, lover, confidante and adherent to the cause. Sound vaguely familiar?
