Plot summary

A movie within a movie, created to spoof the martial arts genre. Writer/director Steve Oedekerk uses contemporary characters and splices them into a 1970s kung-fu film, weaving the new and old together. As the main character, The Chosen One, Oedekerk sets off to avenge the deaths of his parents at the hands of kung-fu legend Master Pain. Along the way he encounters some strange characters.

Definitely an overlooked movie in its time. If you like dumb quirky out there humor I def recommend watching. I have watched it so many times I could probably quote the whole thing by heart to this day.

One of the funniest parts of the movie

one of the funniest parts of the movie for me is the sudden absolute drop in quality, it goes from like actual sets to just a green screen and like a $1 budget out of nowhere and it carries through the rest of the movie. im laughing just thinking about it its soo stupid but funny! its like the ultimate anti-movie

An all time classic. I loved this movie

An all time classic. I loved this movie when it first came out as a kid and its even better now. Its stupid but funny as hell. If you enjoy stupid comedy flicks, like ace Ventura, happy Madison, pooty tang, naked gun, you will appreciate this masterpeice. 20 years after it came out, im still quoting it... "what do you get when you cross an Owl with a Bungie chord..."
