This fell totally flat. The heroine is a small town young waitress, who apparently can leave her restaurant in the middle of her shift to go to a motel in order to have sex with truck drivers and the like. She has not finished high school and appears to be totally clueless. Her mother doesn’t work and instead is having sex with various male neighbors, unclear if with compensation. The whole thing appears aimless. I lasted 14:35. Never made it to San Francisco.

All things considered, I have to go back

all things considered, I have to go back to "Baghdad café" to find the same treatment of the atmosphere, the characters and the same emotions, (can sometimes be awkwardly excessive) special mention for Olivia Cooke, a great actress pity for those who did not understand the end.

Definitely not for everyone, and I wouldn't say I enjoyed it. But it's well made, and Olivia Cooke gives a once-in-a-lifetime performance.
