Personally... *munches popcorn* ...I find the way that a not terribly good movie can so easily trigger a bunch of so-called 'Alpha Males', inbred Hillbillies, 40 year old virgins and American Incels to be FAR more entertaining than the movie in question :) :D :D

I haven't had time to check with the Breitbart News Network or look to see what's been posted on Truth Social about this film so I don't know whether I am allowed to like this or if it's been deemed too woke for me to watch! ;)

All this "woke" vs "anti-woke" bullsh!t must be an American obsession :P You just don't hear people talking about it or using such terms in my part of the world. It's no wonder we call Americans "Seppo's" here... It derives from Aussie Rhyming slang and is short for "Septic Tank", which rhymes with "Yank" and signifies that "Yanks are all full of sh!t" XD

Thanks for uploading. But ... it's just not funny. Or interesting. 15 minutes in and I was hoping a Kaiju and a Jaeger or two would appear and start knocking buildings down in the background. ANYTHING! It's too painfully numb to even be incorrectly considered "woke." Adele Lim should have stuck to co-producing things like the Lethal Weapon TV series or her very first job ... McDonalds. This doesn't even follow the book its supposedly based on. It's like taking a Dr. Suess Book and turning it into a Winnie The Poo movie. LOL

Not funny. I couldn't get past 25min because of it. And I'm no humor snob, I laugh easily. The trailer was the only funny moment.

Truly and really enjoyed this movie. It may be worth watching a second time

so for decades we had movies featuring entirely male casts going on a road trip or a similar adventure and no one cared. But now that the occasional movie is made NOT starring entirely white male casts its "woke". Some of you need to grow up quick, the world is gonna leave you behind
