If I won the Lotto, I would create job opportunities in my area. Because if you gave a man a fish, you would only feed him for a day. But if you taught the man how to fish, you would feed him for a lifetime. We are living in an era where people only want to live off government handouts a.k.a the taxpayer, and that needs to stop.
