Not one of Bogey's best, but the dialogue isn't bad and Ann Sheridan is very nice to look at.

Bogart a smooth gangster on the lam, Sheridan a singer, a piano-player down on his luck, all arrive at mother's boarding house. High jinks ensue. Boarding houses and crooks and sweet old ladies always make charming plots, and throw in a romance with Ann Sheridan and a piano player, and Zazu Pitts for paranoid insanity, and you've got a very cool comedy.
