Plot summary

Joanna Warren mourns the loss of her friend, the victim of a grisly serial killer who especially targets successful young women. He dumps their bodies in the deep woods and completely covers his tracks, leaving the police befuddled. Following the funeral, Private Investigator Paul Miller's omnipresence alarms Joanna, leading her to question the intentions of everyone around her.

A surprisingly decent tv serial killer movie that genuinely left me with a memorable experience.

The script felt a little bit like it

The script felt a little bit like it was made up on the go. In an effort to create red herrings characters were made to do somewhat illogical things (like lying for no good reason). That would have been palettable, but for the film's denouement which was was pretty daft. Acting was generally okay - Anthony Perkins was great - but some rather phoney efforts by support actors (eg the lawyer).
