Ignacio de Loyola is a film that strives to achieve historical accuracy that is plagued by fighting scenes that look purely acted than authentic, but its engaging and meaningful story quickly makes up for this and has made this one of the best movies about saints ever made.

One of the very finest movies Iï¿ 1/2(TM)ve ever seen about the life of a saint. It manages both to the story of his St Ignatius and also to present clearly the basic tenets of Ignatian spirituality. Excellent acting...very worth seeing
