Plot summary

I found this just genuinely unfunny and dumb

I found this just genuinely unfunny and dumb. The premise might have been ok, but the writing and execution were just bad. The characters choices after the inciting incident just didn’t make sense. I think the reason critics might have scored it as high as they did is because they didn’t want to badmouth a film with a gay couple as the leads. But honestly the issues aren’t with the leads or their sexuality, it’s just an unfunny and stupid film

I am confused on this one. On one

I am confused on this one. On one hand I could appreciate some of the campy comedy and the two star characters felt naturally likeable but the plot and ending was sick in so many ways. Not only did it mock and disrespect Italy and Italians, but it also normalized murder with no consequences and then to add in the factor of parenthood to two sociopaths it was sick. But still interesting. Update, I scrolled down and seen the directions, totally makes sense now, they both look creepy and weird. Giving ? vibes

I'm a gay man and this film is one of the worst I've sat through. Completely unlikeable in all aspects... the plot, the characters, the directing, everything is awful.
