Plot summary

After a young woman and her parents are murdered by a killer determined to wipe out the entire family, Detective Inspector Joona Linna works with a psychiatrist to hypnotize the son who narrowly escaped death in order to find the one surviving daughter before the murderer does.

Very well done psychological murder drama with several subplots involving family dynamics. Excellent cinematography with a surprise noted in the end credits: the ARRI camera was rented from Prague!

Ben lontano dai fasti del giallo da cui è tratto; comunque grazie ad una trama piena ed assolutamente avvincente. I personaggi sono poco interessanti e i due protagonisti maschili non riescono ad attirare l'attenzione e a creare empatia. Tutto fila liscio senza infamia ma senza lode.
