Plot summary

Sandeep, a middle-aged bachelor who recently got a heart transplant, travels to Pune to attend the engagement of his heart-donor’s daughter, Haritha. Her engagement gets broken and Sandeep injures his back on the same day, forcing him to stay back in Pune for a few weeks, in his heart-donor’s house – who was an adventurous Colonel.

It is high time that Mohan Lal should

It is high time that Mohan Lal should stop acting as he cannot contribute anything. Sathyan Anthikadu have lost his touch to make movies which was always close to the realities of life. He lost that ability long time ago probably from Rasathanthram and move to melodrama and some masalas. This movie Hridayapoorvam is also another disaster from Mohan Lal and Sathyan Anthikadu. Apart from Mohan Lal and Malavika, and may be to a certain extent, Sangeetha no one in this movie have any significance to the story. They all stand alone and the movie can go with out them. All of a sudden a nurse coming to Mohan Lal's life and start interfering in all his personal life and make his opinion, which does not make any sense. Also role of Lalu Alex is a total comedy and no relevance. Not sure why all friends want to meet Mohan Lal just because he got the heart from their old friend. Also three movie aspirant characters also have no connection to the story. What is the relevance to Siddique's character in this whole story, along with Janardhanan? Not sure why the servant is feel so emotional when she see Mohan Lal, just because he have the heart of her old master?? This is a stupid story and have no sense at all

A simple and light-hearted film that works for

A simple and light-hearted film that works for most of its runtime no overboarding or cringe moments, and the last 20 minutes are the soul of the film. The entire cast performed well. Really liked it!
