Plot summary

Absolutely brilliant. Loved it so much. Acting was exceptional. Hugo Weaving lead the cast. In this world full of political reviews it brought everyone together. And of course that iconic song. Paul Kelly absolute genius.

I've taken this as my Christmas song for

I've taken this as my Christmas song for a few years now along with Fairy tale of New York. The lyrics are heartfelt and so bloody Aussie. Well I was surprised to see a film based on the song and decided to give it a watch. It did not disappoint. Great story, great acting, beautiful cinematography and deeply moving scenes. It touched me to the core and I shed some tears on this one. A must see piece of Aussie cinema magic.
