I really didn't enjoy this. Mostly due to way it was shot, which felt very cheap. I didn't like the actor playing Charlie and I also didn't enjoy the direction of the film. Not an enjoyable watch.

House of Manson won't offer any new insights

House of Manson won't offer any new insights or conclusions but it does present a different slant on a character whose infamy shows no sign of abating. Slagle's film is of interest though, built on excellent performances and subtle, almost documentary-like direction.
