Plot summary

When a new recruit joins the Union of Evil, he is assigned to a motley crew of blue-collar workers led by fallen henchmen Hank. But when “The Kid” accidentally steals the ultimate weapon, Hank must break his “risk nothing” code to save the boy he’s befriended, even if it means becoming the one thing he has always avoided… being a hero.

This movie made wanna become as evil as I can be by following the devil and sin and is all for little kids who wanna be the villain in the "movie?" Nope in real life yay! Let's glorify evil and terrorism on cartoons and promote the devil agenda of killing the over populated earth

I think they tried to go for a painted comic style but they should have animated in two's like Into the Spiderverse.
