Plot summary

Each live appearance of HEILUNG is a spectacular affair, where the lines blur between musical performance, ancient pagan rituals, past, and present. The Danish band found a fitting name for their opulent stage set and huge production: amplified history. Their viewers use other words such as "amazing, mind-blowing, goose bumps, unforgettable". As a tribute to the overwhelming demand of their fast- growing host of supporters, HEILUNG released a complete live show under the banner of 'LIFA', which was filmed at Castlefest 2017.

immersive, evocative...powerful

For the last month or so I've been converting 2D movies into 3D and watching them in my VR headset. Quite the revelation!I thought: might this be worthwhile for concert recordings? Oh yes indeed...Heilung's legendary LIFA concert was first, and it really suited the 3D: deep image with plenty popouts...I felt right there with them.Whether 3D or 2D, this concert is a must for anyone who enjoys hypnotic original tribal music. It's on their Youtube channel.
