Plot summary

Emily arrives home, hoping to visit her parents, only to discover that they are leaving on a trip of their own. As she stays at their house for the holidays, their HOA is determined to get Emily to participate in the neighborhood’s many Christmas festivities.

Love this. Great cast of hilarious kooky characters. Wes Brown provides a wonderful bit of nerdy Christmas/eye candy. I want to live in this street with these neighbours.

I know it’s Christmas but PLEASE! This is one of the worst movies I have ever seen. The squirm factor kicks in within the first five minutes and gets exponentially worse from there. Awful wooden acting, cringey script and shocking lack of anything remotely resembling entertainment Awful!

It was satire, and quirky. HOAs are horrible

It was satire, and quirky. HOAs are horrible so making fun of them is delightful. Wes Brown as a nerd was out of character and that made him a hoot he still is sexy.
