*Happy Halloween, Scooby-Doo!* is a nostalgic addition to my Halloween marathon, especially as a longtime fan of the franchise. Matthew Lillard shines as Shaggy, effortlessly capturing the character's charm and humor, proving he’s still the heart of the series. The animation is decent, bringing a colorful vibrancy to the screen, and I found myself chuckling a few times throughout the film. The dynamic between Daphne and Elvira is a delightful surprise, adding an entertaining twist to the story. However, while I appreciate the premise, the execution falls flat, particularly in the mystery department. It lacks the intrigue and cleverness that made the original series so beloved. Overall, *Happy Halloween, Scooby-Doo!* offers some enjoyable moments but doesn’t quite hit the mark. It’s a fun watch for fans, but ultimately, it left me wishing for a more captivating mystery to sink my teeth into.

Fairly run of the mill but I did like the inclusion of Billy Nye and Elvira. Interesting to have the Scarecrow crossover.
