All of the Hannibal are very Good. Why are there Upset people who doesn't like this? I guess the Time matters. Very Old People Love Antique movies and effects always Claiming this or that is the best of their time. I watched Silence of the Lambs when I was a Kid and its so scary. But now, It's Not. Though I love the Talks of Hannibal and Clarice. The Maiming and Skinning part is Superb.
Thank you

Dissapointing movie. Way too worse comparted to the silence of the lambs. 5/10
