Plot summary

An unnamed doctor has always had everything he's ever wanted, but that has only made him develop more extreme and depraved needs. He kidnaps a young couple in the prime of their life together and forces them into a game of torment that slowly extinguishes their hopes for survival.

The special effects were pretty stinkin good. No real plot though, just a couple getting tortured to death by a surgeon.

Relentless and brutal, with good practical effects, especially sound. Good performances, also. Basically plotless, but is worth seeing for the shock value; think of a claustrophobic "Bloodsucking Freaks" without any humor or amp. The horror and dehumanizimation never let up, are truly terrifying. This will stay with you for a long time.
