those that said the special effects were awful have talked them up a bit, they are far far worse than awful like the parachuting scenes especially. "Cardboard Warfare" on Youtube has better tactics accuracy and film work than this

It has Morgan Freeman in it, when was the last time he was in something good? It also has the lesser lesser Hemsworth who has no charisma what so ever and looks like he should be down the pub playing dominoes. Glad we turned it off after 15 mins. Something we are doing a lot of these days.

Such disparate scores IMDb 3.3, but rotten tomatoes 95% positive for both reviewers and audience. Although the plot is predictable, a very enjoyable action pack movie same Director as kickboxer. Believe the rotten tomatoes score on this one and ignore the IMDb pan.

This is Cruel and Unusual Punishment, How did we get here ? This movie is so Awful the Producers should be Jailed, I had to stop at the 31st Minute, just couldn't take it anymore, this is so 0.75/10

@steliart: One does not need to actually taste canine excrement to know it is neither tasty nor nutritious. Same with this movie. Plot is a cliche bumping around since at least 1950s - the part that's not from 1800s. Director/writer/producer is a C- or even D-movie industry hack who despite decades of experience clearly can't pull together a film worth watching. "Stars" are an aging octogenarian who sits through most of this "action" movie - and a "never was" riding his brother's coattails. Less is said about camera and other technical details the better. I.e. It is dog doo-doo.
