Plot summary

When mysterious Russian gunslinger Ivan Turchin rides into a small Texas town, he runs afoul of a bloodthirsty outlaw gang known as The Hellhounds. Outmanned and outgunned, the town must put their trust in Turchin to protect them from annihilation at the hands of the bandits. The gunslinger finds allies in the form of Marshal Austin Carter and Sheriff Vernon Kelly, and together the three must make a desperate stand against impossible and violent odds.

Nevsky isnt much of an actor, very one

Nevsky isnt much of an actor, very one dimensional. The guys playing the parts of the Marshal and Sheriff were the better part of the film.

Admittedly I just watched this for Maria Paris

Admittedly I just watched this for Maria Paris (she's always a joy!) and was pleasantly surprised to find Olivier Gruner also. Nevsky gets overshadowed by everyone else but he was fun as the "unassuming 7 ft tall merchant with extraordinary combat training" - who duh thunk it? The set dressing was great and the scenic work was effective, especially liked the costuming. It was no Silverado or Tombstone but the dialogue and set up was honest enough to make this film a fun western to knock the tumbleweeds out of your noggin.

Bad acting (everyone edits for the other actor to stop speaking). Predictable acript and lead actor walks around looking like he's holding his pants up!
