Plot summary

Walter and his neglected wife lure a young man into their Victorian home to escape a hurricane. When the man is charged with murder by Det. Jones, he must reveal the couple's wicked secrets to save himself.

Nothing happens in this movie, for me it

Nothing happens in this movie, for me it didn't even create tension, it felt poorly written, there's no much of a story, plot, character development or even character building, it is just poorly made, its not even a creative concept, it's just bad.

I am a Cage fan and was excited

I am a Cage fan and was excited at first to see a title of Grande Isle. Long ago I visited the island, below the Louisiana swamp. The look of the mansion at first seemed odd. On Grande Isle? Nope. Much further north in St Francisville. The whole film should have just been called that. When you know the basic geography, the lack of flooding at the mansion, that everyone would have been evacuated. And the worst-- that anyone would have a basement on Grande Isle is completely ridiculous and an F for even a high school student. It impacted my whole view. Completely ridiculous and Cage should have pulled out immediately

I only stuck this out because I'll watch Nic Cage in anything and it was so god awful I couldn't look away! Nuff said
