Plot summary

Famed culinary consultant Henry Ross is a charming food industry insider in San Francisco. When suspicious sabotage ends in a shocking murder at his friend’s five-star restaurant, Henry is put on the case with strong-willed police detective and single mom, Maggie Price. This Hallmark mystery was alright, but not the best. I've seen some of the other movies in this series, and I have to say that those are better. I will never forget the scene in this movie when Henry introduced the detectives to monkey parchment coffee! I also enjoyed the scene at the beginning where Henry first shows off his skills of detailed observation and conclusions.

I wasn't as excited about this Hallmark mystery as I was all the others, but I enjoyed it and I'm looking forward to watching more in the series.
