I thought this was very interesting and had so many layers to it. It was a bit confusing at times the way they laid everything out. It’s an intense story, and the things this woman went through are just awful and unthinkable, and you can’t help but feel terrible for her and her child. It’s a sad story in every way.

What sets this documentary apart from others like

What sets this documentary apart from others like it for me is its coherent and haunting narrative, its focus on bringing the victim and their story to light rather than the perpetrator and their crimes, and the mixture of hope and horror laced throughout. I will always remember this story. Truly a masterpiece. Skye Borgman, you've done it again!
