Plot summary

An Ornithologist and a Journalist partner up to save an endangered bird species in the jungle of Santa Lucia. They immediately fall in love with the nature, and in the process, they’ll also fall in love with each other.

Quality, quality, QUALITY! If you want to experience

Quality, quality, QUALITY! If you want to experience a romantic Island get-away with adventure, beautiful scenery, exotic animals, and more you must see this movie!! The leads are exceptional, their chemistry pops. A special favorite, Maddison Bullock shines as the little sister we all wish we had (or are lucky enough to have!) The cinematography is so strong and so is the music. I don't know what the budget was but this surpasses so many of the typical cheap looking tv movie romances by a long shot.

Actually not bad...

Sure, while i sat down to watch this 2024 romantic movie, I didn't exactly harbor the biggest of expectations. Why? Well, because the movie's cover and title just oozed with generic romantic formula. But still, it being a movie that I hadn't already seen, of course I opted to give the movie a fair chance.The storyline in the movie is okay, sure it is sappy and predictable, but writer Gary White actually did put together a fair enough script, storyline and character gallery.Of the entire cast ensemble in the movie, I was only familiar with actor Phillip Andre Botello. The acting performances in the movie were actually fair.While I found the movie to be watchable, it is hardly a movie that warrants more than a single viewing, as there simply isn't sufficient contents to the storyline.My rating of director Ryan Dewar's 2024 movie "From Paradise With Love" (aka "Finding Love In Saint Lucia") lands on a six out of ten stars.

Mehh..

Like most movies these days its to be expected that the trailer would be better than the movie but this one takes the cake imo. The plot could've been better, the acting was mediocre, but the worst thing of all for me was the inaccuracy about Saint Lucia. The least they could've done was include real locals as the tour guide or Coconut Bay employees or something. You don't really get to see Saint Lucia either its just the hotel and a few clips of Soufriere (Home to the Pitons). They also pronounce a lot of things wrong its just off putting really. I mean why do it in Saint Lucia if there's nothing Saint Lucian included? . This movie could've been something great if they had just been honest about a few more things I know they would have had the support of the citizens in Saint Lucia. What a shame, hopefully someday somebody will do it right.
