Plot summary

After surviving the events in the Jotunheimen mountains in which four of her friends were murdered, the badly injured Jannicke is brought to the local hospital. But when she wakes up, the building is dark and deserted... and she soon realizes that her nightmare isn’t over yet.

A continuação começa exatamente onde o primeiro termina. Janni é encontrada vagando na neve, traumatizada, e levada para um hospital isolado. Ao relatar o massacre à polícia, uma equipe retorna à montanha e descobre não apenas os corpos de seus amigos, mas também o do assassino. O choque vem quando, no hospital, o corpo do assassino é reanimado durante os procedimentos médicos. O que deveria ser um local de cura se transforma em novo palco de carnificina. Presa à maca, impotente, Janni revive o pesadelo enquanto o assassino inicia outra sequência de mortes — envolvendo pacientes, policiais e funcionários. O filme amplia a mitologia ao revelar mais corpos na fenda do gelo, aprofundando a dimensão dos crimes. O hospital substitui o hotel, mas mantém o isolamento e a claustrofobia. Nota final:* 7
