"Most famous dog". Lassie ran from 1954 to the end of 1974, the bitch ruled! The Rin Tin Tin of the 1965s was a must watch when I was a kid. Originally aired from October 1954 to May 1959 with 164 episodes! It stared Lee Aaker as "Rusty" and revolved around a fort and Indians. Born in France, the original Rin Tin Tin died at the age of 14, but this movie killed him all over again. Ok for kids, but for adults, you best get your washing done while they are watching it.
