Plot summary

After being dumped by his fiancé, heartbroken Hong Kong police officer Fallon Zhu gains 200+ pounds. His superiors demote him to the job of escorting convicts to Japan. When a convict in his custody mysteriously dies, he must team up with citizen Thor to solve the mystery.

Rated: 6.3/10 ⭐️ Threw this on for a fun Donnie Yen martial arts fix. Expected a goofy parody, but the high-energy action scenes honestly won me over. What Worked: • Donnie Yen moving with lightning speed in a fat suit honestly looks incredible. • The final yakuza showdown brings that high-stakes Action-adventure vibe I love. • Teresa Mo’s chaotic energy completely carries the Tokyo comedy for me. The Friction: • The evidence room setup part in Hong Kong really dragged for me. • Repetitive physical jokes kind of pulled me out of the fun vibe. • The romance drama subplot went on too long and felt a bit much. Verdict: Watch for breezy fights. Skip if silly physical humor annoys you.
