This cud be fixed. Go to subsync dot online. The existing sub will be resynced to the audio in just no time. Make sure to select ENGLISH in language option for srt file. And SPANISH for the movie language option. Enjoy !!!

The English subs inm thje main folder are incomplete, the ones in the 'Subs' folder need to be moved -5 seconds to sync.
