I hear people say the idea of this movie is similar to "The Matrix 1999" but anyway I really enjoyed watching it, I'd say it's worth the time even if it's gonna be a one-time watch for some, still go for it.

Always download when the Rotten Tomatoes scores between "professionals" and normal people are that different. Has to be good if the critics hate it but normies like it.

is this worth watching?

People say this was based on Orwell's 1984 - NOT so. If anything it was based on Ray Bradbury's "Fahrenheit 451". Mix that with Some 1984 AND Shogun Assassin and that gives you Equilibrium.

I saw this when it was new, went in blind, was extremely impressed. The premise is original, even if they did plagiarize the hell out of 1984 as far as the aesthetic. That's my only complaint, they should have had a blurb at the beginning that said "Inspired by 1984" or something like that.

4k please

was this based on 1984 by George Orwell?

Apparently only toddlers are commenting on this underrated and forgotten hardcore sci-fi dystopian thrill ride that indeed borrows fight scenes from The Matrix while it didn't need to. a solid 8/10.

How to be a psychopath, just numb your emotions, then you're a psycho just like the people in this druggy movie, smh
