ah the nostalgia. i remember watching indian muvees from 70-80s. crimes run rampant. only inspector vijay from bombay constabulary, who can sing and dance, is able to stop them. vijay usually falls in love with mr thakur's daughter, the main bad guy. didn't matter who starred them - amitabh bhachan, sunil kapoor or others - story always like that

A truly excellent film! Full of twists and turns, it's hard to say what actually happened until the very end, when many will be surprised. I wasn't expecting anything special, just a standard crime film, but I was very wrong. The pace is slow, so it might not be for everyone, but this film should be enjoyed slowly and unhurriedly, despite the fast-paced dialogue. The actors are excellent, as is the director. There's always a bit of tension that makes you want to continue watching, because abandoning it before the end would be a shame, given that it's a film that deserves some success. My rating is 9/10.
