This film struggled to hold my interest. It appears to be a mash up of other films, notably - The Stepford Wives, Surrogates, and The Matrix - with an artsy self-expression element. The message was good, but we've seen this done before, and better.

Visually beautiful film with decent acting, but as a scifi story it felt half-baked and unfinished. It could have been so much better had the story been more complete and the deeper ideas more than just hinted at.

Una metáfora sobre la liberación de la mujer y el universo de los incels y machistas que ven que su pequeño paraíso se desmorona.

This is an excellent movie if you're smart enough to understand it. This movie represents the near future we live in today. This movie shows the combination of Elon Musk's neural link project and Mark Zuckerberg's Metaverse after perfecting both technologies at their finest. In simple terms, Elon & Mark will create a project called Victory, as this movie shows. They will make a program to let you into an illusional world or, in other words, a perfect virtual world using a physical gadget that fits into your eyes. So, Mark's Metaverse program running on the device is interconnected with Elon's Neurolink chip in the volunteered human's brain. What happens is that the program made by Elon & Mark will have complete control over everyone in the virtual world through the physical smart device that the people are wearing. I believe this type of technology will be developed in the future to get out of your uncomfortable and miserable lifestyle with a paid subscription. I mean the most expensive subscription one could ever have in life. According to this movie, the major downfall of this technology is that one will die in real life if one dies in the virtual world, and someone has to take responsibility for feeding the physical body in the real world. Still, it can be solved if the program lets people get disconnected from the virtual world for a while to feed their bodies in real life and get back to it. That's why the movie character Jack goes to the headquarters to get disconnected from the virtual world program to feed himself and his wife without letting her know because Jack signed up to be a part of this program without asking his wife's permission. At the end of this movie, Jack's wife got out of the program by visiting the headquarters in the virtual world.

Visually not bad. Movie is sooooo baaaad!! I would say the director has some really serious unresolved issues. If you have trouble sleeping, then this movie will solve that problem for you.

i must agree with everyone in the comments,, now that i finally had a chance to read them all,, the visuals were stunning dont get me wrong,, but honestly "sh boom" by the crew cuts in the closing credits were the best part of this movie

The drama surrounding this movie puts me off from watching it. I wish celebrities would keep their sheet private.
