Plot summary

Summer travels to Tulsa, Oklahoma, for the wedding of a college friend. Her boyfriend Chris couldn’t make it, but she keeps in contact with him via FaceTime. After the wedding, Summer and her two friends Vicky and Eva head back to the AirBnB they’ve rented for the weekend, unaware that their presence in the house has unleashed the ghosts of a family who were killed there during the Tulsa race massacre in 1921. Now, they’re looking for justice...

Saw this at a secret test screening in tysværtunet, norway. It was a fine movie that is filmed in the pov of a facetime. Its a haunted house movie. The effects are cheap, and it mostly has jumpscares to scare with. It also feels too long. 6/10

The story behind this movie was really weak. Every film has its share of nonsense, but usually, there's at least some underlying logic. In this one, however, you'd have to be a complete fool to go along with it. The plot is so poorly constructed that it makes the viewer feel outright stupid.The characters and dialogue don't help either. The acting feels forced, and the script is filled with awkward lines that make it hard to take anything seriously. Instead of being entertaining, the movie just ends up feeling lazy and poorly thought out.That said, if you're looking for something to laugh at with a friend and make fun of how ridiculous it is, it might be worth a watch. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend it at all.

Some decent scares but a jumbled mess

I Will start by saying if you are into jump scares, and how the actual ghosts look and the creep factor there are some decent moments for you in this movie. Very Well made in that regard.However of you like good acting a cohesive story, No cringe and people reacting in anyway realistic way to their situation this movie is not for you.I had to fight my way through the first 20-30 minutes because it was SO incredibly bad. Based on the tools they had for the actual scares this movie had SO much potential.
