Interesting use of Spanish music, terrible use of generic action music. The car transporter and boat scenes are worth watching. Hokey, but good fights and directing. The last movie released on Laserdisc. Was there any raiding? The alternate translation "Tokyo Cheats" fits better.

A good HK movie with a nice blend

A good HK movie with a nice blend of action and comedy. Tony Leung is very funny here and the action choreography is stylistic and entertaining to watch.
