Decent CGI acting was okay, Ramos will never be a credible leading man. I don't care what anyone claims. He's 5'9" and looks trans. When it's night, it's so dark you'll want to mess with your screen settings. I'd rate 5/10.
Nice, some reviews focus a bit much in the first act, "the voice", kind of like the ai, but it develops fine for a future with space exploration. Some good old tension, believable effects, sense of optimism, and bonding, pushing humanity further. Some edgy but still Naomi worth the ride.
@leotokaji here what duck ai said when i asked about a ship on fire scenario in 97% co2 environment. Fire in a CO2-Rich Environment A starship crashing on a planet with 97% carbon dioxide (CO2) presents a unique scenario for combustion. While CO2 is not a supporter of combustion, there are specific conditions under which a fire could still ignite and sustain itself. ? Conditions for Fire to Ignite Presence of Other Gases: If the atmosphere contains even a small percentage of oxygen or another oxidizer, combustion can occur. For example, if there is 3% oxygen or another oxidizing agent mixed with the CO2, it could support a fire. Fuel Source: The materials in the starship (like plastics, metals, or other combustible materials) can serve as fuel. If these materials reach their ignition temperature, they can catch fire. Heat Source: A significant heat source, such as the impact of the crash, could provide the necessary energy to ignite the fuel. This could be from friction, electrical sparks, or other forms of energy released during the crash. ? Combustion Process Ignition: If the conditions are right (presence of an oxidizer, sufficient heat, and fuel), the materials can ignite. Sustaining Fire: Once ignited, the fire can continue to burn as long as there is enough heat to maintain the reaction and sufficient fuel is available. However, in a CO2-rich environment, the fire may not burn as vigorously as it would in an oxygen-rich atmosphere. ? Limitations of CO2 Inhibiting Combustion: CO2 is a fire suppressant. It does not support combustion and can extinguish flames by displacing oxygen. Therefore, if the atmosphere is predominantly CO2, the fire may struggle to sustain itself unless there are localized pockets of oxygen or other oxidizers. In summary, while a fire can ignite in a CO2-rich environment under specific conditions, sustaining that fire would be challenging due to the suppressive nature of carbon dioxide.
A good movie, it fulfills its purpose: entertainment. It's not the kind of movie that leaves you dying of rage when it ends!
@leotokaji You don't know what's burning there. ;-) There's enough stuff that can burn in a 100% CO2-atmosphere.
Very good and entertaining. Sci-fi horror with some comedy thrown in. The CGI is very well done. Will be interested to see if there are changes made to the eventual US Release.
Very good movie. The story and the graphics are pretty good and the monsters are well designed. The actors is also pretty competent. Definitely worth the watch. I'd give it a 7.5 or even an 8. It's not groundbreaking cinema but a very good film to enjoy.
I enjoyed watching this movie! Nice plot, good CGI with a bit unconventional acting, but in a good way. I would rate it 6 or maybe even a 7. Definitely not boring!
Well I have to say, I kind of enjoyed this movie. It was quite a bit of cliche but still it was pretty good! If you like classic Sci-fi you'll probably like this okay!

Movie's mediocre, it's worth watching in the end but only just; visual effects make it worthwhile, and dialogue is absolutely horrible. The main character and Naomi that he's communicating with on the intercom, they try to go for some kind of buddy / relationship / romance kind of chemistry, but utterly fails in execution. I don't know who thought that implementing romance/slight comedy would even remotely be a good idea in a movie like this. It should be horror all the way. My rating is a 5 out of 10.
