Enjoyably stupid movie about a puppy given to

Enjoyably stupid movie about a puppy given to some kids by an UNSCRUPULOUS VEGGIE STAND DEALER! who turns out to be a DEVIL DOG! The kids are soon possessed, and so is Mom! It's up to Richard Crenna to try to figure this mess out. Hilarious for the set design alone... Like the wallpapered ceilings.
