Plot summary

A prison riot breaks out at the moment of a serial murderer's execution by electrocution, and his fate becomes indeterminate when the prison is shut down. 18 months later, a team of filmmakers converge on the prison to film a women-in-prison exploitation flick, but find that a certain somebody is disrupting their shooting schedule...

Woefully inept '80s slasher flick with Lyle Alzado

Woefully inept '80s slasher flick with Lyle Alzado of all people as the believed-to-be-executed serial killer stalking a movie set at his now-closed prison. Two of the film's biggest opportunities for gore and carnage (a prison riot and a film set massacre) are all off-screen. Only redeeming quality is Anthony Perkins as the film-within-the-film's unctuous director.
