Plot summary

Carl Lucas / Frankenstein has won four of his races and needs to win one more to win his freedom. Before his final race, Lucas and his team, car and all, are transferred to another prison where they will compete in a Death Race in the desert. Also, at the same time, Ceaser runs into a marketer who wants to franchise the Death Race program.

A continuation of the previous film, but also

A continuation of the previous film, but also an improvement with faster, better fight scenes and higher production values. The film follows the same formula as the previous one and takes a while for the race to start, but the new setting is good with a ‘Mad Max' vibe and plenty of vehicular combat and focus on the drivers. The acting's not great and it gets a bit dull and repetitive in the second half, but the ending was good, even though it was far too positive and drawn out.

O filme em si não é ruim, entretanto a objetificação da mulher aqui se deu de modo extremamente exagerado, de mau gosto e desnecessário, ou eu que estou ficando exigente e intolerante com a idade, kkkk, um bom entretenimento para quem gosta de truculência, como eu, roteiro simples, boas cenas de ação, regular...
